new friends & favorites!

hi all!  we're happy to report that we made some wonderful new friends at renegade this past weekend.  in addition to mingling with all the wonderful people mentioned in the previous post, we'd like to introduce you to a few more:

ello lovely had some very endearing illustrations!  "when the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that's amore!"

madeline wood was right across the aisle.  this booth housed a couple of wonderful things: oh-so-chic clothing featuring the name of the designer's grandmother and the designer's beautiful wee little performer of a daughter who enchanted us all.  bravo!

old factory soap company was new to us-- very unique and lovely soaps!  we bought some very promising samples and we're anxious to test them.  the best part?  when i find i can't live without them, they'll be making more in a nearby town.

also new to us -- satchel & sage.  these folks are local, austinites.  and check out those colors!  yes.

the medium control.  charlie was a sucker for these.

lisa chow illustrations were remarkable, as was her booth -- i felt like i was in the midst of a very peaceful party:

thanks, friends!  renegade wouldn't have been the same without you.  see you at the holiday show!  but crossing my fingers for sooner.

we're going to be among good company at the renegade craft fair this weekend-- check out some of our friends and favorites!:

fail jewelry!  anxious to see these in person... lovely!

graham francoise art!  we hear he'll be there again with some exciting new illustrations.

little minnow!  we've been admiring these for a while now; we're anxious to get our hands on some.

simply planted.  these folks from dallas are new to us and we're looking forward to checking them out.  

son of a sailor!  playful, colorful geometric jewelry we've seen (and loved) about town.

and last but not least, yellow grey!  you may have already heard that charlie had one of these incredible necklaces custom made for kristen after the holiday show, and she's looking forward to conning him into buying more....

definitely swing by the wondercraft air stream and girls guild booth to meet some incredible folks and see what they're up to as well.  so much great talent!  we worry you won't get your fill after only two days.
